Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, a form of alternative medicine based on Indian principles of natural healing. It has been used for over 3,000 years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration.

Alfalfa has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine to treat conditions caused by inflammation and oxidative damage. It boosts metabolic health by improving blood sugar control and the ability to fight free radicals.

Baobab is native to certain regions of Africa, Arabia, Australia and Madagascar. Powdered baobab contains many important nutrients but is especially high in vitamin C, vitamin B6, niacin, iron and potassium, and may help decrease levels of inflammation in the body.

Camu Camu is a sour berry native to the Amazon, and has impressive antioxidant capacities. It is considered a superfood, due to it's high content of certain nutrients and powerful plant compounds, including vitamin C.

HEMP

Hemp protein powder has a very high content of protein (about 50%), which is very easy for our bodies to digest. Hemp protein powder is full of vitamins, enzymes, and minerals. This powder has an optimal ratio between omega 6 to 3 essential fatty acids.

MORINGA

Moringa Oleifera

Moringa is a tree native to North India. Almost all parts of the tree are eaten or used as ingredients in traditional herbal medicines. Moringa leaves are rich in many antioxidants, and important nutrients, including protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and iron.

SPIRULINA

Arthrospira platensis

Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that grows in both salt and fresh water. It may be one of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. It has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and can lower bad cholesterol and blood pressure levels. It was consumed by the ancient Aztecs but became popular again when NASA proposed that it could be grown in space for astronauts use.

WHEATGRASS

Triticum aestivum

Wheatgrass is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. It is especially high in vitamins A, C and E, as well as iron, magnesium, calcium and amino acids. It has 17 amino acids, and eight are considered essential, meaning your body cannot produce them, and you must obtain them from food sources. Its antioxidant content may prevent oxidative stress and cell damage.
